Client Application & Consultation Policy

All new clients must complete an application prior to proceeding to a virtual consultation.
A secondary in-person consultation may be requested by the specialist if deemed necessary, or by the client after a retainer has been placed and the client has elected to move forward.

Cancellation, Rescheduling & Missed Appointment Policy

Out of respect for the time of our stylists and other clients, we require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice to cancel, reschedule, or adjust services for any scheduled appointment. This notice allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment time to clients on our waiting list.

Any cancellations, changes, or missed appointments that occur without the required notice will be subject to a missed appointment fee.

Missed Appointment Fee

Missed appointments or same-day cancellations are subject to a fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service total.
All retainers are non-refundable and forfeited and will not be applied to a future reservation.
This fee is due on the day of cancellation or missed appointment.

Appointments will not be rescheduled until the missed appointment fee has been paid.
A new retainer may also be required to secure a future appointment.

Late Arrivals

If you anticipate being late, please contact the salon as soon as possible.
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be rescheduled at the discretion of the stylist based on availability.

If a service or consultation cannot be performed due to late arrival, the appointment will be considered missed and subject to the missed appointment fee outlined above.

Extension Application Appointments (Important)

Extension application appointments are subject to the Extension Retainer Agreement, which is reviewed and accepted at the time of booking.
 • Fourteen (14) days’ notice is required to cancel an extension application appointment.
 • Cancellations made within 14 days will result in forfeiture of the retainer.
 • A new appointment and additional retainer may be required to rebook.

Appointment Changes & Rescheduling

 • Any changes to appointment date or time must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled appointment.
 • Changes made within 7 days of the appointment will incur a $150 rescheduling fee, added to the balance due on the day of application.
 • Management reserves the right to exercise discretion in cases of unforeseen circumstances.

Hair Changes After Consultation

If the color or texture of your hair changes between your consultation and application appointment, you must notify the salon at least 14 days prior to your application appointment to schedule a new consultation.
A new retainer may be required.

Home Care & Maintenance

A Home Care Maintenance guide will be provided on the day of application. Please follow all instructions carefully to ensure the longevity of your service and an exceptional experience.

Final Sale Policy

All sales are final.
All payments are non-refundable.
